Renter: what is there to do in your area?
The Lake George area is amazing year round! Each home comes with a welcome manual to guide you during you visit. The manual includes house rules, area information, brochures with things to do in the area, and important phone numbers. In addition, your Property Manager will be happy to answer any questions that you have.
Renter: do we have to bring our own towels and linen?
We provide linens and towels that are washed in high heat . Some homes offer beach towels as well. If you are more comfortable bringing your own, please let the Property Manager know prior to your arrival, and the beds will be left unmade for you.
Homeowner: I just purchased a condo in bolton landing, is there a way to recover some of the expenses of owning a second home?

Renter: How will I know if our home is disinfected?
All of our cleaners practice enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidance and in consultation with experts in the fields of sanitization and medicine. In addition, we offer contactless check-in at all of our locations. We have also heard from some guests that they want the ability to clean on their own. We empower you by supplying cleaning supplies you can use, such as disposable paper towels, disinfectant spray or wipes, and extra hand soap.
RENTER: CAN WE EXTEND OUR STAY?
As long as we have the availability, extending your stay is easily accomplished with the click of a button…so ask away!
renter: how far in advance should we book our stay?
As soon as possible, especially if you are visiting the area during the summer season. We advise at least 3 months in advance, sooner if you only get specific weeks off to travel. Most homes will allow you to book a year ahead of time.
homeowner: I want to to visit the lake and enjoy my home once in awhile. how can i make sure that happens without overlap?
Our Property Manager can confirm your stays and lock them in to the calendar, so guests are able to book their visits around you.
